Objective: Follow up and implement production planning and ensure that machines are well maintained. Responsibilities; • Maintenance procedure/plan creation • Machines check lists issuance • Conduct preventive maintenance schedule • Implementing the required activities to ensure excellent machines conditions, with a minimum production interruption. • Set up planned shutdown with relevant departments for maintenance purposes • Staff guiding, coaching and training • Handling spare parts inventory and ordering • Keep proper history documentation for machineries break down, repairs and preventive actions. • Conduct efficiency survey for all machines and equipments and report OEE • Coordinate with and control third party service providers, if any • Supervise and monitors any future expansion plan • Submit monthly and yearly expenses report for machines maintenance costs and department overheads • Report any machines/equipments deficiencies to top management and agree on the actions required to eliminate expected losses/breakdowns • Responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned production unit. • Responsible for delivering targeted results with regards to productivity, quality and cost. • Ensures that facility equipment is efficiently utilized and well maintained. • Controls production materials usage and minimize materials losses. • Analyzes operation data and generates performance improvement initiatives. • Prepares and controls department operating budget. • Trains and develops department staff. • Administers assigned personnel in accordance to established company policies and procedures.
