Our client has a significant long-term mandate with the highest levels of the UAE Government and seeks an exceptional individual to manage key stakeholder relationships at the highest levels.

Leading a world-class team and with significant backing, the job holder will not simply be a figure head but will take an active role in the direction of the Group organisation, personally leading all initiatives within the UAE, facing off with appointed senior figures and influencing them.

A key initiative our client is mandated to help build Emirati capacity through the development of robust strategies to compliment the many success stories achieved through Emiratisation, supporting public and private sector efforts to achieve various national 2021 objectives. Candidates will be able to tangibly demonstrate a passion for promoting entrepreneurship amongst young and emerging local talent, as part of their current role or as a private initiative.

Ideally candidates will be have experienced a postgraduate education from a world renown institution and have 10+ years at either a leading multinational, NGO or a senior public sector agency, in all cases candidates will be expected to have achieved a minimum level of Director or equivalent. A public policy background is not essential but a strong awareness and keen interest is key.

A proven track record in strategy, planning, and leading teams to achieve complex and time sensitive tasks must be a given. Exceptional candidates must display advanced interpersonal skills with clear evidence of engaging at C-level and on occasion country leadership; their track record doing the talking.
