A Human Resource Business Partner provides ongoing HR Solutions and Support in the day to day operations to the Business units.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Drive the manpower planning process and ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.

• Participate in the Talent Acquisition activities.

• Follow up with the Talent Acquisition team to secure timely joining of new employees and ensure smooth on boarding of new employees.

• Review employee disciplinary requests, employee grievances and coordinate investigations with Legal department.

• Review Employee Separation requests and follow up with the Employee Service Center for processing of such requests.

• Conduct and document exit interviews and recommend retention strategies.

• Review promotion/salary review requests, secure appropriate approvals and follow up on implementation in payroll.

• Conduct job analysis in coordination with the job incumbent/Manager; write and update Job Descriptions and prepare and update Organisation Charts.

• Oversee the process of performance appraisal and Individual Development Plans and communicate to the Training Center /Talent Management and follow up on the execution of the IDP.

• Ensure compliance to HR Policies and Procedures and conduct HR Audits.

• Coach and advise Managers and staff on HR Processes, Policies and HR Best practices and act as change agent for all HR programs.

• Oversee the Employee Engagement surveys and participate in the interpretation and identification of areas for improvement and follow up on implementation of recommendations.

• Prepare HR metrics and provide HR reports to CHRO and the business units, identify areas for improvement and set and follow up on action plans
