You will be responsible for getting quality appointments / meetings with prospective new clients. These meetings would all be with Directors in MNC companies that have activities within UAE and Middle East. You will be completely responsible for convincing the client about the specialised recruitment and staffing solutions offered and signing them up for a package.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to pursue a long term, high earning career in Marketing, Business Development. Prospective candidates will have the potential to develop into a Business Development Senior role in 18 months. The company will provide training to help them achieve this goal.

Job Requirements:

TARGET DRIVEN - Monthly targets will be given to all executives.

- Candidates must have been in a recent role consistently securing sales appointments with directors of multi national companies and SME as well

- In addition candidates must have to have had a clear career path and not deviated from a new business sales related role

- Ideally you will have a degree level education but you must have integrity and a keenness to succeed

- You should be happy making 80 - 100 dials a day, having 10 conversations and securing at least 5 appointment every other day and singing up atleast a single client every day.

Benefits:

- A competitive salary of AED 8000 is on offer, with an uncapped commission. Earning potential AED 20,000 to 25000 per month

- Hours - Mon - Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm
