Role and Responsibilities:  Managing the new starter induction process for contractors  Managing the contractor’s contract, renewal, amendments and negotiating terms  Building relationships with clients and contractors  Acting as key contact for assigned in country contractors  Tracking visas/work permits/medical renewals and rotation schedules  Regular communication with colleagues in global offices  Ad hoc projects as required
