- Working within the Intellectual Property (IP) Division of this complex and diversified organisation the Associate General Counsel will be responsible for;

- The establishment and management of an Intellectual Property function within the Legal Department as well as advising on IP rights infringement.

- Creating and implementing the Intellectual Property Management Process.

- In conjunction with inventors, create Invention Disclosure Statements for all inventions and research results of the organisation.

- Provide advice to the business in relation to IP laws, rules and regulations, both regionally and internationally on IP and contract matters.

- The Management of the IP function within the Legal department.
