Service Manager

• Manage & coordinate with foreman, mechanics and field mechanics



• Responsible for the overall productivity of the technicians



• Responsible for helping with equipment purchasing, help with department P& L, and budgeting



• Responsible for the Parts projections and feed back to Parts dept



• Responsible for Warranty claims and recovery from principals



• Responsible for the service revenue as per target



• Responsible to enhance the overall customer satisfaction level
