Main Accountabilities :

• Installation of AVAYA CM telephony systems.

• Validations of AVAYA CM work orders.

• Maintenance and support of AVAYA CM Systems.

Detailed job description :

• Coordinating with customers and AVAYA Red Team Leader for AVAYA CM W/O delivery, installation and commissioning.

• Customer training according to AVAYA CM work orders and approval of AVAYA Red Team Leader.

• Performing AVAYA CM technical surveys as required.

• Coordinating with Telephony Systems Supervisor to perform AVAYA CM maintenance/support jobs upon request and as needed.

• Maintain the good relation with the customer.

• Communicate with AVAYA Red Team Leader any new business opportunity/Up Sell.

• Any other business related Job upon request and as needed.
