Detailed job description :

• Maintain and install Contact Center (AACC, CC and AVAYA Elite) systems.

• Analyzing and resolving Contact Center (AACC, CC and AVAYA Elite) related technical cases.

• Undertaking Contact Center (AACC, CC and AVAYA Elite) systems routine preventative measures and health checks.

• Maintain and install IVR (MPS and /Or AEP) systems.

• Analyzing and resolving IVR (MPS and /Or AEP) related technical cases.

• Undertaking IVR (MPS and /Or AEP) systems routine preventative measures and health checks.

• Maintain and install Voice Recording TDM and IP systems.

• Maintain and install QM systems.

• Analyzing and resolving Voice Recording and QM systems related technical cases.

• Undertaking Voice Recording and QM systems routine preventative measures and health checks.

• Maintain and install WFM systems.

• Analyzing and resolving WFM related technical cases.

• Undertaking WFM systems routine preventative measures and health checks.

• Coordinating with Applications supervisor for the delivery of Applications W/O and support services

• Learning and getting knowledge on other applications.

• Reporting on daily basis to Applications supervisor.

• Maintain the good relation with the customer.

• Any other business related Job upon request and as needed.

• Performing technical surveys as required.

• Working as resident engineer as required.

• Customer end user trainings.

• Working as 24/7 duty engineer as per schedule and as required.
