RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
In this role, you must be energetic and proactive with extensive retail operations, facilities and project management experience, new store development and retail production background.
This position will be responsible for new store development, special projects, property management, operations and maintenance of our existing stores.
Minimum of 5 Years facilities/operations management experience with retail facilities exposure
Intimate knowledge of Retail New Store Development/construction; i.e. set budgets, oversee scheduling of projects and negotiation of bids
Ability to fully understand leases (requirements and terms) and analyze the duties of each party under each lease to prevent any potential liabilities
Manage Store Supplies ordering and budget
Manage all vendor relationships relating to operations, facilities, repairs and maintenance
Develop & manage facilities operating budget.
Develop & manage budgets/timeline requirements for medium to large scale new store development/openings or renovation projects
Support company-wide Store Development team providing technical & functional training to all team members
