Manager Compensation And Benefits - Huxley Associates
To assist the Head of P & R in designing and implementing Rewards & Performance Management policies as well as to handle the operations requirements of the Unit while ensuring accurate and error-free completion of work within the Unit.
- To assist the Head of P & R in reviewing the Reward policy.- To assist the Head of P & R in implementing the Annual Salary Review & Promotion, Annual Performance Review & Performance Bonus cycle- To assist the Head of P & R in Designing & developing the Performance Curve, Multiples and other criteria for the bonus cycle.- To Prepare proposals for Benefits review as well as for all other Proposals to NRC- To liase with the consultants to execute salary surveys in order to ensure alignment of DIB salaries & benefits with the market.- Provide MIS reports to Head P & R, on an on-going basis which will facilitate the management in decision making.- To assist the Head of P & R in implementing the Employee Stock Option Plan.
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager
Requirements:
Prior experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Prior experience in Bank is a must.
