Operate plant equipment in a single process area, conducting routine checks, gathering basic data, trouble shooting, reporting malfunctions/status and handing over to ensure that a safe and continuous operation is maintained.Collect product samples for laboratory analysis in line with standard procedures.Collect field data and report to a higher level for analysis and feed back to ensure equipment is operating and maintained effectively.Prepare the site for operational or maintenance work, including start-up, shut-down, signing and closing off work permits to ensure a safe handover is completed.Provide support during emergency response situations in line with standard procedures and/or instructions from senior personnel to ensure that the problem can be effectively tackled.Ensure the safety of work, through observing their activities and providing advice where necessary to minimize accidents.Closely coordinate with panel operator and keep inform all the activities in his area of work. Complies with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Conduct observations on Unsafe/Safe acts and reports in timely manner.Immediate response on fire and spillage.Being a member of emergency response team adhere to safety procedures and act on fire fighting Write daily shift report of all the activities carried out during the shift and handover the shift to the reliever at working place.Responsible for the on job training of trainee field operator
