Understand repair order from Service Engineer; Inspect vehicle as per repair order inventory details; Understand complaint; Clarify doubts with Service Engineer; Inform additional jobs; Understand warranty policy & norms; Propose parts to be replaced under warranty; Prepare quotation for parts requirement; Handover quotation to SE for customer approval; Receive approval; Perform repairs on jobs approved; Mention repair details on repair order; Handover vehicle for final inspection; Perform repairs as per final inspection report; Handover vehicle for washing in order to repair the vehicles as instructed in the repair order.
