Carry out branch & capital stock yard audit; Verify cash payment vouchers, cash control account etc; Check if disbursements are made according to employee entitlements; Check individual customer files for sales documentation compliance; Verify PDC's management; Verify dis-honoured cheque realisation status; Carry out audit of green plate issue, receipt and stock; Verify parts sale invoices & sales documents; Check abnormal discounts in parts; Carry out physical verification of returned items; Check timely settlement of IOU's of individual employees; Report observed violations; Prepare audit query sheet; Obtain justifications from branch manager; Prepare audit report; Discuss issues with HOD post audit. Recommend corrective measures in order to comply with policy and procedures.
